Extract Email Addresses from Social Networks Search
Extract Emails from Social Networks
Email Extractor can scan popular social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram and more) to find public contact emails related to your keywords or locations.
Quick Overview
Use Social mode when you want to search social profiles and pages for publicly available email addresses. The extractor uses targeted queries and platform-specific rules to locate likely contact points (profile pages, about/contact sections, posts with contact info).
Step-by-step
1. Enter keywords
Type the phrase or keyword that describes the contacts you need (example: freelance photographer).
2. Narrow by location (optional)
Optionally add city, region or country to focus results on a target area.
3. Select network(s)
Choose one or several platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram). Multi-network searches broaden coverage but may take longer.
4. Choose email type
Select Personal (user profiles) or Business (company/organization pages). This filters results to the desired contact type.
5. Start and monitor
Click Start Search. Results appear in the Results pane. Use pause/resume if you need to refine queries mid-run.
Filters & Options
Network selectors — pick which networks to include in the run.
Search depth / pages per profile — controls how many profile pages or posts are inspected.
Exclude terms — filter out job-related or non-contact pages (e.g., -jobs).
Duplicate removal — automatically drop repeated addresses.
Role email filter — exclude generic addresses like info@, support@ if desired.
Proxy / rate options — set delays or use proxies to avoid temporary blocking when scanning large volumes.
Save & Export
Open the Results pane, select records (or all), then click Save Emails. In the export wizard choose columns (Email, Source URL, Profile Name, Location) and pick format: .txt, .csv, .xlsx. Export requires registered version.
Rotate queries: change keywords and networks to discover different contact pools.
Watch rate limits: social platforms can throttle or block repeated automated requests — use human emulation, delays, or proxies for high-volume work.
Respect terms & privacy: do not harvest private data or use scraped emails for illegal or intrusive activities. Follow GDPR/CAN-SPAM and each platform's rules.
