Search History
Review, export or remove past searchesThe Search History panel stores a chronological list of your past extraction sessions. Use it to revisit previous runs, download results again, inspect which options were used, or remove entries you no longer need.

What you can do in Search History
- View details — open any past search to see the original query, filters, scan depth, and extracted counts.
- Download results — re-export a previous result set to
.txt
,.csv
or.xlsx
without re-running the search. - Restore session — load a previous session into the Results pane to re-check or continue processing.
- Delete entries — remove individual or multiple history rows to clear clutter or free local storage.
- Batch actions — select multiple history items to export or delete them in one operation.
Quick workflow
- Open History from the main menu.
- Use the search box or date filters to find the session you need.
- Click View to inspect details, or Export to save results.
- To remove entries, select them and click Delete.
Filters & finding sessions
Use the built-in filters to narrow history by:
- Date range (Today / Last 7 days / Custom)
- Search type (Website, Search Engines, Files, WHOIS, Social)
- Keywords used or result counts (e.g., sessions with >100 emails)
Storage and retention
History entries and result files are stored locally. Check Settings → Storage to see the history folder and configure retention: you can keep entries indefinitely or automatically purge entries older than a specified number of days.
Privacy & security
All history data remains on your machine. If you share exported files, ensure you comply with privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and internal policies.
