Follow the short steps below to activate your Email Extractor registration key and unlock saving/export features.

1. Open the Registration dialog — click the Register button in the main toolbar or from the Help / About menu.

   

2. Fill in your details — enter the information requested in the form:

   • Name — your full name (as on the order).
   • Email — the email used for the purchase or account.
   • Phone number — optional, for support contact.
   • Country — select from the list.
   • Registration key — paste the key exactly (no extra spaces or newlines).

   

After registration

Click the Register button in the dialog to submit your details. On successful activation the application will display a confirmation message and unlock saving/export features.

Troubleshooting

• Invalid key: make sure you pasted the whole key without leading/trailing spaces; copy from the order email and avoid line breaks.
• No internet connection: registration requires a short online check — ensure your machine can reach the internet.
• Firewall/antivirus: temporarily disable or whitelist the app if activation fails due to blocked outbound connections.
• Still not working? Contact support with your order number and a screenshot of the error. Contact Support.

Lost or not received key

If you did not receive the key or lost it, check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact support and provide the order email or transaction details so we can resend your registration key.
