How to Pay with Bitcoin
Beginner-friendly • Step-by-step • Secure tipsBelow are clear step-by-step instructions for paying with Bitcoin. This guide is intended for users new to crypto payments — follow steps carefully and always double-check addresses and amounts before sending.
-
Create a Bitcoin wallet.
Register at a trusted crypto platform (for example, Blockchain.com), add a payment method (bank card) and buy the required BTC amount.
Guides:
-
Open our Order Wizard.
In the program click Order — the form will display available payment methods including Bitcoin.
-
Select Bitcoin at checkout.
You will be redirected to the payment processor page which shows the exact BTC amount and the wallet address to send to.
-
Prepare payment in your wallet.
Log in to your crypto account (e.g., Blockchain.com), open the Send / Transfer form and be ready to paste the address and amount.
-
Copy address and amount.
Copy the BTC address and the exact amount from the payment page. Paste both into your wallet form and click Continue.
-
Confirm and send.
Double-check the address and amount, then confirm the transaction. Wait for the first blockchain confirmation — after that you will receive an email with order number and license key.
-
Optional — scan QR code.
For speed, open your mobile wallet app and scan the QR code provided on the payment page to auto-fill address and amount.
Tips & Security
- Always verify addresses: copy-paste the full address and confirm the first/last few characters match — avoid manual typing.
- Exact amounts matter: payment processors often require the exact fraction of BTC; do not round or adjust amounts.
- Use trusted wallets: prefer well-known exchanges or wallet apps with good reputations and 2FA enabled.
- Confirmation time: Bitcoin confirmations may take several minutes (or longer). Wait for the email that contains your order number/key.
- Keep records: save transaction ID (TXID) and a screenshot of the payment page until your order is completed.
- Fees: network fees vary — your wallet will show the fee before sending. If using low fees, confirmation may be delayed.
FAQ & Troubleshooting
- No confirmation email: check spam folder and wait 30–60 minutes for blockchain confirmations. If nothing arrives after 2 hours, contact support with your TXID.
- Sent wrong amount: BTC transactions are irreversible. Contact support immediately and provide proof (TXID, screenshot); we will attempt to help but cannot guarantee recovery.
- Sent to wrong address: if you sent to a different address by mistake, contact your wallet/exchange support — recovery depends on the recipient.
- Payment shows pending: wait for at least 1 confirmation; some processors require multiple confirmations before issuing the license.
