Tips & Security

  • Always verify addresses: copy-paste the full address and confirm the first/last few characters match — avoid manual typing.
  • Exact amounts matter: payment processors often require the exact fraction of BTC; do not round or adjust amounts.
  • Use trusted wallets: prefer well-known exchanges or wallet apps with good reputations and 2FA enabled.
  • Confirmation time: Bitcoin confirmations may take several minutes (or longer). Wait for the email that contains your order number/key.
  • Keep records: save transaction ID (TXID) and a screenshot of the payment page until your order is completed.
  • Fees: network fees vary — your wallet will show the fee before sending. If using low fees, confirmation may be delayed.

FAQ & Troubleshooting

  • No confirmation email: check spam folder and wait 30–60 minutes for blockchain confirmations. If nothing arrives after 2 hours, contact support with your TXID.
  • Sent wrong amount: BTC transactions are irreversible. Contact support immediately and provide proof (TXID, screenshot); we will attempt to help but cannot guarantee recovery.
  • Sent to wrong address: if you sent to a different address by mistake, contact your wallet/exchange support — recovery depends on the recipient.
  • Payment shows pending: wait for at least 1 confirmation; some processors require multiple confirmations before issuing the license.
