The free version allows full functionality but does not let you save extracted email addresses. The registered version removes this limitation.

I Haven’t Received My Key

Payments are processed by our Payment Processor and may take 20 minutes to several hours. If you do not receive your key within 2–3 hours, contact the Payment Processor directly or reach out to our support team.

I’ve Lost My Registration Key

Send us an email with your name, order email, and order number to retrieve your key.

Software Doesn’t Accept Registration Key

Ensure you are connected to the Internet. Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall, or add the software to the exclusion list. If the problem persists, contact support.

Should I Verify Extracted Emails?

Yes, we recommend checking all extracted emails for validity. Use our Email Verifier to remove invalid addresses.

Gmail Login Issues

Go to your Google Account Security Settings, enable two-step verification, and create an app-specific password for the extractor.

Yahoo/AOL Login Issues

Log into your account, go to Account Security, and create an app-specific password. Use this password in the extractor.

Office 365 Login Issues

Log into your Office 365 account, enable two-step verification, then create an app-specific password in your Microsoft Account Security settings. Use this password in the extractor.
