Extract Email Addresses from Email Accounts
With Email Extractor, you can quickly collect email addresses directly from your POP3 and IMAP email accounts.
Simply configure your account credentials in the program. You can add multiple accounts, and the software will scan them all automatically.
To add an account, click the Accounts button on the Email Accounts page. The following window will appear:
- Server name – The POP3 or IMAP server address for your email provider.
- Port – Default is 110 for POP3, 143 for IMAP, or 995/993 for secure connections.
- SSL/TLS – Enable this if your account requires a secure connection.
- User name – Your email account login.
- Password – Your email account password.
- Select Folders (IMAP only) – Choose which folders to scan.
- Folder – Scan local files containing emails in MIME format.
- Outlook – Scan directly in Microsoft Outlook (must be installed on your PC).
Once your account(s) are configured, click Start Search and the program will extract all valid email addresses from the selected accounts and folders.
