How to Order — Step-by-Step
Quick order • Secure payment • License deliveryUse the Order Wizard to purchase a registration key or subscription. The wizard guides you through entering contact details, selecting an edition, and completing payment. The key is emailed to you shortly after payment is processed.
1. Start the Order
Click the Order button to open the Order Wizard.

2. Enter your contact details
Fill in your Name, Email, Phone and Country. Make sure the email is correct — the registration key will be sent there.

3. Confirm your email
You will receive a confirmation code by email. Enter that code in the wizard to confirm your address and proceed.

Tip: check spam/junk folder if you don't see the confirmation email within a few minutes.
4. Choose edition & price
The wizard shows available software editions and their prices. Review features and select the edition that fits your needs.

5. Proceed to payment
Click the Shopping Cart icon (or the Checkout button) to open the payment page in your default browser. Complete payment on the payment processor site — we support standard payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Complete payment on the processor's page.
- After successful payment you will receive an order confirmation and the registration key by email.
- Click Finish in the wizard to close it.
Important notes
- Delivery time: Keys typically arrive within minutes; sometimes delivery can take a few hours depending on the payment method.
- Email accuracy: If you mistype your email, the key will be sent to the wrong address — double-check before submitting.
- Spam filters: If you don’t see the key, check spam/junk or search for messages from the payment processor or our domain.
- Invoice & receipt: The payment processor provides receipts and invoices — save them for your records.
Troubleshooting
- If the confirmation email or key doesn't arrive within 2–3 hours, contact support and include your order email and transaction ID. Contact Support
- If the payment page fails to load, try a different browser or disable aggressive ad-blockers.
- Firewall or corporate network restrictions can sometimes block external payment gateways — try a home/network with fewer restrictions.
Security & privacy
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment details — only order metadata and the registration key needed to unlock the software features.
